Registration Options:

In-Person Early Bird Registration (until August 31st)

Late Registration (September 1st and after)

* Time to cut off optional meal purchase is September 3rd at 6:00 p.m. CST.

Please Note:  Alateens cannot stay overnight unaccompanied.  They must be with a parent, legal guardian or an AMIAS.

If the Alateen is attending with an AMIAS, please complete and submit the additional forms in the mail-in registration.  The AMIAS must submit their own separate Al-Anon registration form.

If the Alateen is attending with a parent or legal guardian, please complete the registration below.  The parent or legal guardian will also be able to register to attend using this form.

Please Note:  You must have your popup blocker disabled.  When paying through PayPal payment processor, it pops up into a box and does not bring you to another browser window.  If you are trying to pay for your registration and it just keeps spinning, your popup blocker is enabled somewhere.

There are 3 options you can choose from.

1 – You can try using your phone, computer, laptop, ipad, different browser, etc.

2 – You can print and mail in the registration form.

3 – You can email me and then call me. I have created a registration form that takes all the registration information EXCEPT the payment. You will need to contact me to get the registration link and then call me to pay over the phone.

You can contact me at webmaster@tn-al-anon.org.  Once you email me, I will send you the link to the registration form and my phone number to pay over the phone.  (Due to Al-Anon Guidelines, I cannot publish a personal phone number to the website.)

Refund Information

As we have incurred costs based on attendance, we will not be offering refunds - however, the ticket and meals are transferrable to someone else. If you have pre-ordered any products, those can be shipped to you. If you have purchased a ticket for in-person attendance and are not able to make it to the event, you may attend via Zoom for no extra charge.
