TN Area 52 Al-Anon Assembly
June 1-2, 2024
First of all, I’d like to thank you for allowing me to serve as your Delegate. It is an amazing experience. Attending the World Service Conference (WSC) is like drinking from a fire hose. There is so much information presented in four days it is impossible to relay it all to you in a single presentation. I’ll put your mind at ease. I am not going to try to do that today.
I hope to pass on information to assure you that Al-Anon is alive and well, talk about some topics and answer questions about projects that are under way at the WSO. They/we have a lot going on! My plan is to report on different portions of conference topics at each of the 2024 Area Meetings and perhaps send out a Delegate’s Newsletter with other topics.
I’m trying to Keep in mind that there are many opportunities to share what I heard at WSC. It doesn’t have to be done in one meeting.
